We’re hiring: Senior Motion Designer📍 Berlin preferred · Amsterdam For our partner, a fast-growing AI startup building tools for creators and marketing professionals, we’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join the team and take ownership of motion across marketing, social, product, and brand content.The company helps teams build, automate, and scale content workflows — from ideation and research to publishing and analytics.This is a permanent role with a consistently full and varied pipeline — from fast-turnaround social content to polished product and campaign pieces.What you’ll do:— Own motion design for marketing and SMM, which will make up around 60–70% of the role— Create short-form social content, campaign videos, and brand assets— Support product and web with UI animation, product demos, and explainer content— Contribute to B2B, print, and offline creative when needed— Use AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to speed up and improve production— Work across different formats, styles, and creative challenges— Collaborate closely with design and marketing to keep the visual language consistentWhat we’re looking for:— 4+ years of experience in motion design— A strong portfolio demonstrating motion, pacing, timing, and visual storytelling— Experience creating content for marketing and social— Ability to move comfortably between different formats and visual styles— Curiosity about AI-assisted creative workflows— Confidence working in a fast-moving startup environment— A versatile mindset rather than a narrow specializationNice to have:— Experience with product/UI animation— Experience creating both fast social content and polished B2B or brand materials— Web or print design experienceNo 3D expertise is required.📩 Please apply with your portfolio.
