  • Develop and execute brand identities (CI), including logo design and visual brand guidelines
  • Strong typographic sensibility with a deep understanding of typography as a core brand asset
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across fashion, e-commerce, social media, print, and physical assets
  • Conceptualize and evolve brand look & feel as well as seasonal visual directions
  • Oversight of design execution across all physical and digital touchpoints
  • Lead and execute creative campaigns from ideation to post-production
  • Art direct shoots, including mood boards, styling references, and on-set direction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (e.g. producers, photographers, stylists)
  • Create visual concepts for events, fashion shows, and branded experiences
  • Translate brand and campaign ideas into cohesive and immersive visual executions
  • Build a strong understanding of brand DNA, positioning, and target audiences
  • Contribute to defining long-term creative strategies and visual direction

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in design and art direction, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, logo design, and campaign/art direction work
  • Experience working across digital, print, and product applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Hands-on experience with creative AI tools (e.g. image generation, editing, ideation)
  • Strong visual taste and deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute with a high level of craft
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and understanding of digital-first storytelling
