As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency, the Senior Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Agency Lead and collaborate closely with the Marketing and User Acquisition team.

The primary responsibility will be to create compelling visual assets for a wide range of marketing purposes, including key art, promotional materials, app store visuals, social media content, user acquisition ads, branding materials, and more.

These assets will be produced for multiple platforms and channels, including Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital or print formats.

The Senior Graphic Designer will work across different games, each with its own visual identity, audience, and
communication style. The role requires the ability to adapt to diverse artistic directions while consistently creating
engaging visuals that support campaign objectives, strengthen the game's identity, and encourage users to discover, download, or return to the game.

In addition to delivering high-quality creative work, the Senior Graphic Designer serves as a creative reference within the team, contributing to artistic excellence, sharing expertise, and helping elevate the quality and consistency of marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Production: Create high-quality visual assets for game marketing and user acquisition, from concept through to final delivery.
  • Marketing Assets: Develop and adapt creative across key art, social media, app stores, promotional campaigns, events, branding, and other marketing channels.
  • Visual Design: Apply strong composition, typography, colour, illustration, retouching, and visual effects to create impactful visuals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Licensing, and internal teams to incorporate feedback and deliver work on time and to brief.
  • Brand & IP Guidelines: Ensure creative work aligns with brand, artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines across platforms and campaigns.
  • Organisation: Maintain well-organised source files, templates, and final assets for efficient updates and future reuse.
  • Creative Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas, visual concepts, and innovative approaches to marketing campaigns.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up to date with gaming, design, digital marketing, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging creative tools and trends.


What success will look like

  • Asset Quality: Deliver polished, complete assets that meet creative briefs, technical requirements, platform standards, game identity, brand, and licensing guidelines.
  • Production Execution: Own projects from brief to delivery, manage workload effectively, maintain a reliable pace, and meet deadlines while proactively communicating potential issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with the Creative Agency Lead, artists, Marketing, User Acquisition, Legal, licensors, and other stakeholders, keeping progress clear and responding constructively to feedback.
  • Creative Leadership: Act as a creative reference within the team, sharing expertise, providing constructive feedback, and helping maintain high artistic standards.
  • Creative Contribution: Understand the audience, platform, and objectives behind each brief, bringing strong ideas and applying graphic design principles to create engaging, effective marketing assets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop creative and technical skills, apply learnings to future work, share knowledge, and contribute to improving tools, workflows, and production practices.

Qualifications


What you need to succeed

  • An online portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work, which must be included with your application.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field, preferably within the video game, entertainment, advertising, or digital marketing industry.
  • A strong sense of creativity and innovation.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of graphic design, visual communication, branding, typography, composition, colour theory, and digital content creation.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Ability to independently manage the entire creative process, from concept to final delivery, while adhering to a creative brief.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous briefs and independently transform business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong artistic sensibilities, excellent composition and layout skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for constantly innovating and exploring new techniques.
  • A willingness to learn new creative tools, workflows, and AI-assisted production techniques.

  • Gaming Experience: Passion for and experience working in the video game industry.
  • Marketing & Creative: Experience creating marketing assets, key art, branding, and user acquisition creatives.
  • Motion Design: Proficiency with motion design tools, particularly After Effects.
  • 3D: Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
  • Game Engines: Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • AI & Emerging Tools: Experience using AI-assisted creative workflows and image generation tools.c
