Senior User Experience Designer at Gazelle Global

Senior UX DesignerAs a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking a Senior UX Designer for 6+ months contract in Netherlands.Responsibilities:You will lead end-to-end UX design projects, researching customer needs, analysing user behaviour and translating complex challenges into intuitive digital solutions. Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and other stakeholders, you will develop concepts, prototypes and scalable designs that improve the housing and mortgage journey. You will also apply and extend the existing Rabobank Design System, facilitate workshops and present design recommendations to senior stakeholders.Experience:• More than 6 years of UX Design experience, with ownership of complex end-to-end design projects. • Strong ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive customer and employee experiences. • Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping and user research methods. • Experience working with design systems, reusable components and scalable digital products. • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Business Analysis, Development and other stakeholder groups. • Confidence facilitating workshops, presenting concepts and gaining support from senior stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while delivering measurable business value. • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.Please apply with an updated CV if you are interested or looking for a new opportunity.Stefan Owusu-Francois Recruitment Consultant Gazelle Global Consulting Tel: +31 (0) 85 009 05 68 stefan@gazellegc.com
