# Senior Agentic AI Process Designer
## About the Role
BMW Group is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Process Designer to shape the next generation of AI-supported and agent-based business processes across the organization. This role combines process design, artificial intelligence, project management, and strategic transformation to create AI-first solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The successful candidate will work closely with Process Owners, AI Product teams, IT, Data, and Platform teams to identify AI opportunities, redesign processes, develop business cases, and ensure responsible implementation of AI technologies.
## Key Responsibilities
* Analyze existing business and production processes with Process Owners.* Identify AI- and agent-based use cases with measurable business value.* Design future-oriented, AI-first process solutions using AI platforms, technologies, agents, data, and knowledge sources.* Lead strategic AI-based process initiatives from concept through implementation.* Evaluate expected efficiency gains against implementation effort, data availability, and governance requirements.* Develop business cases supporting sustainable and scalable AI implementation.* Translate process concepts into feasible technical solutions.* Collaborate with business, IT, AI Product, Data, and Platform teams.* Design effective human-AI interactions with clear responsibilities and transparency.* Establish AI risk and governance frameworks for AI-driven processes.* Ensure legal, ethical, and compliance requirements are incorporated into process design.* Facilitate discussions and align diverse stakeholders on AI adoption.* Communicate and visualize complex AI and process concepts clearly.* Support strategic decision-making related to AI-driven transformation.
## Required Qualifications
* University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.* At least 5 years of experience designing, transforming, or implementing AI-supported processes.* Strong understanding of complex business and production processes.* Ability to quickly understand and analyze complex organizational contexts.* Strong expertise in at least two of the following:
* Generative AI* Computer Vision* Natural Language Processing* Agentic AI tools and systems* Extensive project management experience.* Experience with project leadership and stakeholder management.* Strong conceptual understanding of AI technologies and AI agents.* High technical affinity and understanding of AI governance requirements.* Ability to design AI-first process architectures rather than incremental digital improvements.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiatives.* Experience collaborating with AI Product, Data, IT, and business teams.* Experience developing AI business cases and evaluating ROI.* Knowledge of responsible AI, AI risk management, and governance.* Experience designing human-AI collaboration models.* Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

## Education & Experience
**Education:**
* University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
**Experience:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in AI-supported process design, transformation, or implementation.* Extensive project management experience.* Project leadership experience preferred.
