Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily studio delivery rhythm, workflow, traffic, and priorities.
• Strengthen ways of working, improve briefings, and enhance feedback loops.
• Build and manage timelines across multiple brands and complex workstreams.
• Triage briefs, challenge unclear inputs, and turn requests into clear actionable tasks.
• Run weekly resourcing, matching designers to workload and tracking capacity.
• Lead communication with brand managers and internal partners, managing expectations and protecting the team.
