What you’ll do

Explore and conceptualise design solutions. Lead, develop and take a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions.

  • As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.
  • Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned.
  • Evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.
  • Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.
  • Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.

 

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.
  • Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • An impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation and development.
  • Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.
  • An ability to build strong working relationship, internally and externally.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.
  • Native Japanese Language skills, strong knowledge of Japanese typography.
