The role

Landor is seeking a Senior Designer for their Tokyo studio to conceptualize and lead design strategies. This role involves developing innovative creative solutions and collaborating with internal teams and clients to enhance brand value.

What you'll do

• Support Design Directors and fellow Designers in generating innovative creative solutions.
• Conduct conceptual exploration to discover alternative design solutions.
• Evaluate design options and develop "big ideas" based on design strategy and creative briefs.
• Develop and refine competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to showcase passion for creative excellence.
• Communicate effectively with clients about branding, packaging, and visual communication.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a similar role at a brand/design agency.
• Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• An impressive portfolio showcasing creative idea generation and development.
• Excellent and current knowledge of creative and design trends.
• Native Japanese language skills and strong knowledge of Japanese typography.
