Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and independently organize work plans, design tasks, and deliverables for complex tunneling and underground projects.
  • Apply commercial numerical modelling software, including finite and distinct element tools, for advanced analyses.
  • Provide expert guidance in soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and ground–structure interaction to project teams.
  • Design tunnels using TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) and SEM/NATM (Sequential Excavation Methods).
  • Design SOE (Support of Excavation) systems for shafts, pump stations, and deep excavations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal disciplines, external partners, and clients to support successful project delivery.
