Repair Design & Routing Engineer_DCCC

Role Overview

This role involves designing cylinder repair solutions and managing the quotation process to meet customer requirements and design specifications. You will collaborate with sales and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely repair services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create cylinder repair quotation BOMs and routing processes based on specifications.
• Support sales teams with technical communication and analysis of customer site conditions.
• Develop cost-effective repair schemes that prioritize component restoration over replacement.
• Ensure all contract quotations are completed within the 22-day service strategy timeframe.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues during the machining process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects for design processes and repair standardization.
