UI/UX Workstream Lead – HCM Transformation | Remote EURate: Up to €65 per hourLocation: Remote – EUContract: 18 months We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Workstream Lead to join a major enterprise HCM transformation programme, taking ownership of the user experience and accessibility workstream.This is a senior, strategic position rather than a traditional hands-on UI designer role. You’ll act as the programme’s authority on UX and accessibility, ensuring a coherent, accessible and user-friendly experience across employees, managers, candidates, recruiters and HR teams.
