Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX/UI Designer to work on a contract basis to enhance user interfaces and experiences across digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually compelling designs. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on user feedback and usability testing.• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions.• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints.• Conduct user research to gather insights and identify pain points in current user flows.• Ensure consistency in design patterns and adherence to brand guidelines across all products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.• Experience with user-centered design processes, including research, prototyping, and testing.• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.• Ability to translate user research into actionable design improvements.• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.• Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.• Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment.• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
