The role

As a Senior Product Designer on the Provider Team, you will design essential tools that help therapists streamline administrative tasks and make informed clinical decisions. You will lead 0 to 1 product initiatives from concept to execution, focusing on creating polished, AI-enhanced experiences for mental health professionals.

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of professional product design experience
• Proven track record of optimizing complex multi-step workflows
• Expert proficiency in Figma for prototyping and system-level thinking
• Strong ability to communicate tradeoffs and document workflow logic
• Extensive experience owning design from problem space to delivery
