You plan and run research across the full spectrum, from foundational studies that shape immediate product decisions to strategic work that influences our long-term user experience vision and goalsYou work closely with product managers, product designers and engineers across several product areas and get involved early, while problems are still being definedYou own your projects end to end: scoping the question, choosing the method, running the study and turning findings into a clear recommendationYou combine qualitative and quantitative methods (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, unmoderated testing, behavioural and market data) and triangulate them instead of relying on a single sourceYou use AI in your daily research work and help shape how our team applies itYou contribute to our research repository and make insights reusable, so teams can build on what we already knowYou benchmark competitors and triangulate those findings with primary customer research to show where our real opportunities areYou run workshops, find formats that make insights travel and follow through until your findings have influenced a decision

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

You speak German at native or near-native level and English fluently, as the majority of our customer and seller interviews are conducted in GermanYou have several years of experience in qualitative and quantitative user research, in-depth expertise in UX methods and a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric agile product developmentYou are strong in either qualitative or quantitative research and actively building the other, with a good understanding of statistical methods and analytical thinkingYou know how to conduct research at the different stages of the product development process (generative setting, solution validation or end-to-end)You are proactive, enjoy taking ownership of your topics and feel confident presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levelsYou are pragmatic in how you scope your work, balancing speed and depth for the decision at hand, and you already use AI tools in your own practiceYou enjoy working in a small, close-knit team where people share work early, support each other and learn from one another
