About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and spearhead the design of messaging experiences on a large-scale job marketplace platform. This role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and innovative interfaces for both mobile applications and desktop web surfaces, catering to job seekers and employers alike. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered features to enhance messaging functionalities, improve responsiveness through reply prompts and re-engagement strategies, and create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups validated through rigorous user research and A/B testing. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of user-centered designs that meet business goals and elevate the overall user experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional, hands-on product UX design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product UX design, including interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user journeysExperience designing complex workflows or data-heavy enterprise experiences such as search, filtering, or data exportProficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and design handoff workflowsAbility to work independently with minimal oversight and adapt quickly to new challengesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Research, and LegalExperience incorporating UX research insights and iterating designs based on user feedback
