About the ProjectWe are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a long-term project focused on a digital procurement platform for the metal-processing industry. The platform connects customers, manufacturers, and suppliers, helping digitalize and simplify traditionally manual procurement workflows.As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own the UX/UI of a proprietary B2B web application, with a strong focus on improving complex workflows and delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Requirements5+ years of experience in Product / UX/UI DesignProven experience designing B2B and complex software productsSeveral years of hands-on experience with Figma and design systemsExperience with UX research and usability testingEnglish — B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higherGerman — C1

Key ResponsibilitiesInterview and shadow German customers and suppliers to understand their needs and workflowsIdentify UX issues and opportunities across existing B2B workflowsConduct usability testing and leverage qualitative and quantitative research to validate design decisionsCreate user flows, wireframes, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes in FigmaSimplify complex workflows and improve overall product usabilityCreate and maintain UI assets and further develop the existing design systemCollaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development processDocument designs and prepare clear handoff materials for Engineering
