We're a 12-person, fully remote global Brand Ops and Web Ops studio. Our team is spread across the Philippines, the UK, Africa, South America and the US, and we work together to help clients build scalable brands and web systems. We're increasingly incorporating AI and agentic workflows into our work, designing and building everything from conversion-focused B2B landing pages to story-driven, motion-rich web experiences.
We're a collaborative team that values thoughtful design and careful execution. You'll work closely with other designers to develop ideas and refine the details that make each experience feel considered.
About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior UI Designer to bring wireframes to life through polished, high-fidelity web design. Working with our design manager, you'll combine strong visual skills with UX thinking to tell clear stories and guide visitors towards the right next step.
📋 Collaborate with the design manager and team to develop wireframes and gather visual references that reflect each client's goals✏️ Take wireframes and build high-fidelity designs, thinking through the big story, key message and conversion moments on a site💡 Transform pages visually while abiding by brand guidelines to produce a delightful user experience💻 Design for two archetypes of sites:conversion-focused B2B landing pages, andstory-driven pages with motion and complex/3D graphics🤝 Coordinate with visual/motion designers to bring pages to life🎯 Choose visuals and interactions that support the site's story, messaging and goals💻 Use AI workflows to support the speed of your work and expand capabilities📈 Coordinate with team to analyze site performance and conversion rates to improve landing pagesFull-time, with overlap with Eastern Time (ET) business hours. You’ll work until 3:00 p.m. ET.
RequirementsAbout You
To be successful in this role, you need:
✅ Strong UI design skills and a solid UX foundation, including system building, flows and structure✅ Understanding of AI workflows and how they can support design and agency work✅ Has foundational UX writing skills for filling in microcopy, CTAs, etc.✅ Expert-level Figma skills (a must)✅ Familiarity with Webflow or Framer, or a good understanding of how designs get built and animated✅ Strategic thinking and the ability to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions✅ A strong portfolio showing visual taste and an awareness of current web design✅ A meticulous eye for alignment, visual consistency and polish✅ Experience designing marketing and branded websites✅ Initiative to keep projects moving and identify useful next steps when you hit a blocker, so the work’s momentum can continue even without oversight✅ Openness to constructive feedback, ownership of your work and a focus on solutions
