Intact, the world's leading software provider for the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help create the next generation of our product. We're transforming a highly configurable legacy system into a modern, coherent platform for the entire audit, certification and standards ecosystem. We're not just making it look more modern. We're rethinking how people get complex professional work done.

You'll take end-to-end design ownership of a significant product area as an embedded partner to Product Management and Engineering. You won't just turn requirements into screens. You'll observe how people work, challenge assumptions and help decide what we build in the first place. Along the way, you'll help shape a distinctive product language for Intact, working with colleagues and customers around the world.

ARE YOU THE ONE?Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI or a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years designing sophisticated digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or complex workflow productsExperience owning a product area end to end, with strong skills in discovery, user interviews, contextual research and usability testingProven ability to simplify complex workflows without removing the depth expert users needStrong skills in information architecture, interaction design and visual design, including responsive designExperience working in a multidisciplinary squad and using qualitative and quantitative evidence to improve shipped productsA portfolio that shows your reasoning, trade-offs and outcomes, not only polished final screensStrong product judgment, systems thinking and the confidence to challenge assumptions and disagree constructivelyClear communicator who takes responsibility for the shipped product, not just the Figma fileFluent in English, German is a plus.
