Senior Motion Designer at Hinge Health

The role

Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to evolve and scale the brand through high-fidelity campaign work and product animations. You will collaborate with the Brand, Creative, and Content team to define how the product and brand come to life across various digital touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Concept and craft high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for brand narratives
• Drive projects from initial concept to final delivery using storyboarding and style frames
• Establish self-serve workflows and templates to scale motion operations across the organization
• Push the boundaries of motion language to deliver innovative work that delights customers
• Integrate emerging industry trends and AI tools to improve production speed and quality
• Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure brand consistency across all video deliverables

What you'll bring

• Six to eight years of professional experience in motion design and video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, storytelling, and communication design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Final Cut Pro, and Cinema 4D
• Experience with Rive and utilizing AI platforms to enhance creative efficiency
• Strategic approach to building and maintaining design systems and motion guidelines
