About the Opportunity We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to help us evolve and maintain a consistent, scalable, and high-quality design system across Revizto. The system as a whole is owned by the design system lead; you will own your part of it. You will work closely with Product Designers and Engineering to improve components, patterns, documentation, and design system adoption across the product. Design QA is a standing part of this role. You will check what ships against what was designed, log and triage the gaps, and work with engineers to close them.This role is hands-on and focused on building strong design system foundations, improving consistency, reducing design debt, and helping teams use the system effectively.
Where You Will Make a DifferenceContribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and documentationOwn and improve assigned design system components and patterns throughout their lifecycleSupport design system adoption and consistency across product teams, working to the adoption approach set by the design system leadParticipate in Design QA and design reviews to identify visual inconsistencies, incorrect component usage, and gaps between design and implementation, then log, triage and follow those issues through to a fix with engineeringIdentify and help reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies across the productCreate high-quality UI solutions using the design system and established product patterns when neededBuild accessibility into the components you own, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA, and document the accessible behaviour so product teams inherit it by defaultCollaborate closely with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and implemented accuratelyShare knowledge, best practices, and AI workflow experience with the design team through design reviews and team sessions
Who You Are3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar design role, including at least one year contributing to a design system in productionA portfolio that shows production-quality UI and systematic thinking. We want to see components and patterns you have built and the reasoning behind them, not only finished screensStrong visual design craft and attention to detail across typography, colour, spacing systems, layout grids and responsive behaviourHands-on experience contributing to, maintaining, or evolving a design system, including work with design tokens and component documentationExperience running design QA against a spec or a component library, and spotting UI inconsistencies and design debtWorking knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA as it applies to components: focus states, contrast, keyboard operation, and semanticsAdvanced knowledge of Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototypingExperience working closely with engineering teamsGood communication and collaboration skillsExperience using AI tools to accelerate design work and improve workflowsFluent in English; any other language is a plusLocated and authorised to work in Germany, France, the UK, or Armenia
