About the OpportunityWe're working with a growing UK SaaS business that develops intuitive HR technology for small and medium-sized businesses.

The company is looking for a hands-on Product Designer to join its product and engineering team, helping improve existing features and design new experiences across its platform.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and other designers, taking ideas from initial discovery through to production.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and accessible experiences across a B2B SaaS platform.Own the design process from discovery, research and wireframing through to high-fidelity UI and implementation.Create user flows, interactive prototypes and reusable UI components.Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.Conduct usability testing and validate designs using customer feedback.Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.Ensure consistency across desktop, tablet and mobile experiences.Support engineering teams throughout implementation and review completed designs.Apply accessibility principles and WCAG best practices.Use Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools to accelerate prototyping and iteration.

Essential Requirements3+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI experience.Experience working within a SaaS or product-led technology business.Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping and design systems.Experience with or knowledge of Figma Make.Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.Strong understanding of UX research, user journeys and usability testing.Experience creating responsive and accessible digital products.Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders.Experience working in agile product teams.

Desirable ExperienceB2B SaaS, HRTech or enterprise software experience.Experience modernising existing platforms or simplifying complex workflows.Understanding of HTML, CSS or React.Experience using product analytics and customer feedback to guide design decisions.Familiarity with AI-assisted design and rapid prototyping tools.
