You will be focused on designing agentic AI experiences to help our customers plan their business. This is a unique opportunity to experiment with and define new interactions modalities for the agentic AI era!
To do so, you will build a design vision and be in charge of a team of designers. With them, you will research users needs, identify new opportunities, assist Product Managers to build your team’s roadmap, and create world-class end-to-end user experiences that matches both our users’ expectations and fulfill our company’s business objectives.
Finally, as a growing team, you have a key role to play to shape the global design culture at Pigment and introduce new methodologies to the Pigment product team.
Responsibilities:
Lead an end-to-end design process from problem definition to production deliveryConduct exploratory research, create user journey maps, identify insights to inform your team’s scope and make better design decisionsTurn complicated and technical requirements into easy to follow user-centered storiesConceptualize and design innovative solutionsDevelop highly functional user experience and stunning user interfacesConduct usability testing to learn from our users and build stronger design solutionsCollaborate closely with product managers to build a user-centric product roadmapAdvocate for design best practices across the organizationEnsure excellent design quality in everything your team is deliveringMentor and provide guidance to the designers working with you in your team’s scopeIdentify new opportunities, lead your own initiatives to positively impact the Pigment platform and organization
Who You Are
8+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex B2B softwareExperience designing agentic AI experiences is a mustA strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing and leading the creation of innovative user-centric experiencesDeep understanding of design and product development processes in an agile environmentComplete mastering of UI patterns, UX best practices and graphic design principles applied to software design such as typography, layouts, colors, components, etcExcellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript and React for optimal collaboration with engineersExcellent communication, with the ability to articulate and present your design decisions the right way depending on your audienceA strong product sense and business sensibilityExperience leading and providing guidance to other designers in order to deliver high-quality design solutionsA strategic mind with the ability to balance tactical and pragmatic solutions to bring immediate value creation and long-term strategic investment
