About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences to expand our products.

The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong attention to detail, and good communication and collaborative skills.

What You'll Do

Assist in designing user interfaces and experiencesCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to help maintain and evolve design systemsCreate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesSupport accessibility and usability practicesImprove designs and systems based on internal and external feedbackParticipate in user research, testing, and feedback sessionsLeverage AI-assisted design tools and emerging technologies to enhance the creation of mockups, prototypes, and visual conceptsCreate and maintain UI component libraries

Required Qualifications

Position is remote work only. Occasional travel to conferences or meetings is expected. Nerdio staff is spread out throughout the world. While you will manage your own work hours, some work outside local business hours in your region is expected.

The pay range for this role is: $70,000 to $90,000 with the target compensation closer to the middle. We also offer a bonus and stock options.
