About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong visual communication skills, strong stakeholder communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for both digital and print design. This role requires a consultative approach and will focus on delivering diverse design solutions for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting their omnichannel strategy with rapid content adaptation and execution across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding standards across multiple brands with experience in designing engaging digital and print assets such as emails, iDetail Aids, websites, brochures, banners, websites, interactive PDFs, and e-learning modules. A thorough understanding and consistent application of brand consistency, design best practices and storytelling is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning diverse digital, online web/mobile and print assets such as emails, visual-aids, websites, brochures, video snippets, posters, logos, web banners, interactive PDFs, journal adverts and e-learning modules for products and servicesDeveloping artwork for a variety of multichannel assets and communicating ideas for continuous improvementEnsuring expected level of creative quality is consistent throughout the lifetime of projectsUsing existing templates to ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative developmentApplying responsive design principles and web technologies to enhance digital assetsWorking knowledge of print, 4 colour process and spot colour printing and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines with asset delivery experienceConsistently delivering on quality expectations via thorough understanding and application of branding/asset guidelinesCreating colour palettes and stylesheets in alignment with provided guidelinesDriving the development of creative assets tailored for omnichannel strategiesSkills and Experience4–7 years digital and print design experience, ideally including User Interface design, with a mix of agency and client-side experienceSignificant expertise with Adobe Suite: Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign, plus platforms such as FigmaFamiliarity with project management systems such as JiraPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly competitiveAbility to complete tasks under strict layout principlesStrong stakeholder communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsWorking knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantageExperience providing technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices, and reviewing work for quality and consistencyStructured approach, timeline and quality driven, with adherence to design processesStrong oral and written communication skills, collaborative approach, and attention to detailFamiliarity with UI/UX design and experience creating interactive experiences for mobile devicesMinimum RequirementsGraduate/post-graduate with relevant years of experience, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fieldExperience in pharma or a similarly regulated industry is highly advantageousExperience working with design systems and FigmaProficiency in business English and native German oral and written fluency
