About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Frontend Designer / Brand Designer to join our team in full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the visual identity and digital presence of NOZ Digital. Your expertise in creative design, coupled with technical skills, will help craft visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces, digital and analog marketing materials, and comprehensive brand guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners such as agencies, freelancers, and media professionals to ensure high-quality execution of projects. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements across multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas can thrive.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant academic background, such as a degree or vocational training in Kommunikationsdesign, Grafikdesign, visuelle Kommunikation, or a comparable discipline. You should have several years of professional experience in digital design and product environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma, is essential. Experience in developing and managing design systems, brand management, and UI/UX principles is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will enable you to bridge the gap between design and development effectively. A solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles is crucial, along with excellent communication skills and a structured working style to convincingly present your design decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Continuously develop and refine the company's Corporate Design, including building comprehensive design systems and brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels.Conceptualize and create innovative design ideas, translating them into tangible outputs such as graphics, digital interfaces, and marketing materials.Design functional and visually appealing interfaces by integrating creative design with technical requirements, ensuring an optimal user experience.Shape the digital and physical brand presence through the creation of advertising and promotional materials that resonate across various media channels.Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and project requirements.Coordinate and manage external partners, including agencies, freelancers, photographers, and videographers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand content and assets.
