  • Keep track of all infrastructure projects status/ deliverables/ delivery schedules and coordinate with team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Ensure all the project deliverables are fulfilled throughout all the design stages.
  • Coordinate with project managers on VO's
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives for the projects lead by infrastructure team.
  • Identify and address potential gaps in interdisciplinary coordination for infrastructure design tasks.
  • Support to monitor and track deployment, revenue, cost, profitability and payment collection for Projects. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Bachelor of Science in Project Management / Bachelor of Business Administration
  • PMP Certification would be an advantage
