Job Description

About Evondos

Evondos is the European market leader in medication management, with over 500 employees working in the Nordics, UK and the Netherlands. Evondos' services enables tens of thousands of people who require medication to receive support in proper medication use through our automatic medication dispensers. This improves and enhances patient safety and medication adherence. Evondos helps clients live independently in their own homes, reducing the pressure on home care services, allowing them to focus on more complex care needs.

This is the role

We are looking for a Product Designer based in the Netherlands to join our growing international team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process - from untangling complex workflows to shipping polished digital experiences.

While our broader design team is based in Finland, you will act as a critical local bridge, collaborating closely with your remote design peers while embedding deeply with both remote and Dutch Product Owners and Engineers.

This role focuses primarily on software UX design (web, mobile, and portal interfaces) rather than the physical industrial design of our hardware devices. We are seeking a thinker who excels at mapping journeys, identifying gaps, and making sense of complex digital service flows.

What you will do:

Lead software design: drive UX from initial problem framing and wireframing to high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces in Figma.Collaborate cross-functionally: work hand-in-hand with local Product Owners and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and strong product alignment.Bridge the design team: maintain a tight feedback loop and collaborative workflow with the core UX design team located in Finland.User research & testing: participate in user interviews and usability evaluations, translating complex healthcare workflows into intuitive digital solutions.Prototype & iterate: build and test prototypes early to validate ideas before they hit development.Champion accessibility: ensure inclusivity and accessibility are built into the software from the ground up, not added as an afterthought.

Why you will enjoy it:

Meaningful complexity: we are scaling internationally. You’ll design software that needs to adapt to different markets, languages, and evolving care systems.Shape the practice: our design team is still taking shape. You won't just follow a rigid playbook; you'll have a genuine voice in how we work and scale.Impact that matters: when our software is intuitive, home care professional workflows improve, and real patients live safer, more independent lives.

This could be you

Experience: you have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.Tooling: proficiency in Figma is essential for creating, sharing, and hand-off of designs.Collaborative mindset: you excel at working closely with technical teams (Engineers) and business stakeholders (Product Owners), and you are comfortable collaborating remotely with design peers in Finland.Problem solver: a confident generalist who loves mapping user journeys and identifying experience gaps worth fixing.Communication: fluent in English, with strong communication skills to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues. (Dutch language skills are a definite plus for local market context).Bonus points: experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus, but not a requirement if you are highly motivated by our mission.

What We Offer

Flexibility: a hybrid role designed to support our NL R&D teams, offering a rhythm that works for you.Purpose: work that directly improves human lives and supports the future of healthcare.Growth: a fast-growing international environment with real opportunities to develop your skills alongside the company.Culture: a flat, collaborative, and inclusive culture where impact speaks louder than hierarchy.
