Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design communication product experiences, including interaction flows, user journeys, and detailed interface behaviors;
  • Translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms;
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Research, and other designers to define and deliver product solutions;
  • Contribute to both UX thinking and UI execution, depending on team needs;
  • Optimize end-to-end user journeys and improve usability through iteration, feedback, and data-informed design decisions;
  • Help define patterns, components, and best practices for communication-related product experiences;
  • Support design consistency across features while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities;

Qualifications

  • Strong interaction design skills, with the ability to design clear flows, states, and behaviors for complex product scenarios;
  • Solid understanding of user journey design, information architecture, and usability principles;
  • Ability to handle both UX strategy and UI execution;
  • Experience designing for mobile and/or web products;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.
