Unser Prinzip: erst die Story, dann das Format. Wir sind ein kleines Team, flache Hierarchien, und die beste Idee gewinnt, egal von wem sie kommt.

Was du bei uns machstDu bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst Konzepte mit, bevor das erste Keyframe gesetzt ist.Du gestaltest Looks, Typo-Animationen und Grafiksysteme, die über viele Formate hinweg funktionieren.Du animierst für Kampagnenmotive, Trailer, Promos und Channel-Elemente für TV, Online und Social.Du baust Compositings und Animationen direkt in DaVinci Resolve Fusion, eng verzahnt mit unserem Postproduktions-Workflow.Du testest mit uns KI-Tools im Produktionsalltag. Was du mitbringstMehrere Jahre Erfahrung in Motion Design.Ein kreativer Kopf: Du denkst in Ideen, nicht nur in Animationen.Sichere Kenntnisse in DaVinci Resolve Fusion.Eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Design ist von Vorteil.After Effects, Cinema 4D oder Blender wären ein Plus.Ein Showreel, das zeigt, dass du Geschichten erzählst und nicht nur Keyframes setzt.Interesse für oder basic Erfahrung im Videoschnitt wäre ein weiteres Plus.Gutes Deutsch, Englisch für internationale Kunden.
