Your Mission 

We are looking for a Commercial Platform Manager Switzerland to lead the marketing strategy, development, and optimization of our digital platforms, including our prescribing tool for doctors (eUnilabs), digital invoicing tool for patients (myUnilabs), website, and social media channels. This role plays a key part in improving the customer journey for both healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and efficient digital experience. 

The ideal candidate will have a blend of digital platform management, user experience (UX/UI), digital marketing and market research skills. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, sales and IT to enhance engagement and drive measurable growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Digital Platform Management & Optimization 

  • Oversee the performance, functionality, and user experience of doctor and patient-facing digital tools, the company website, and social media platforms. 
  • Continuously optimize the customer journey, ensuring easy access, high engagement, and effective digital interactions. This includes creating an end-to-end experience for customers from promotion to prescription. 
  • Implement solutions to improve accessibility, conversion rates, and overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Improve platforms in collaboration with IT  

2. Marketing, Lead Generation & Customer Experience 

  • Work closely with the sales team, especially the Sales Effectiveness Manager, to align digital efforts with sales goals and customer needs. 
  • Define and track KPIs jointly with the sales and marketing teams to ensure measurable success in lead generation and customer acquisition. 
  • Co-create media plans within the marketing team to ensure effective promotion across digital channels. Run promotions and channels on our platforms that support our ongoing campaigns, such as webinars, Newsletters and lead engagement. 
  • Orchestrate all digital channels and customer touchpoints, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Design and optimize lead generation funnels in collaboration with marketing and sales specialists. 
  • Conduct customer journey mapping to identify pain points and optimize interactions. 
  • Design and run customer surveys to gather feedback on platform usability and satisfaction. 
  • Analyze customer feedback from platforms, and work cross-functionally to implement solutions. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance usability, conduct usability testing, and implement accessibility improvements. 
  • Manage and optimize digital content, SEO, and social media strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. 
  • Develop strategies to increase engagement, improve conversion rates, and boost customer retention. 

3. Data-Driven Decision Making & Sales Collaboration 

  • Define and track KPIs in close collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness Manager, ensuring digital initiatives support overall business growth. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), user behavior, and platform analytics to track success. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on customer data trends and digital engagement metrics. 
  • Implement feedback loops with the sales and marketing teams to continuously refine digital strategies. 
  • Use data analytics and reporting to ensure platform improvements drive business impact. 
  • Background: Bachelors in (Digital) marketing, BA or Business IT.
  • Experience: 3+ years in digital platform management, UX/UI, digital marketing, or related roles. 
  • Sales Collaboration: Proven ability to work with sales teams, define KPIs, and ensure digital initiatives support lead generation and conversion. 
  • Marketing & Research Skills: Strong background in media planning, digital funnel design, customer surveys, and market research. 
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS, CRM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), UX/UI design tools, and digital marketing platforms.
