Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Graphic & Video Designer / Social Media Content Producer & Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who understands how to transform ideas into engaging content for social media, with strong skills in design, short-form video production, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Design high-quality static and animated graphics for social media platforms

• Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, etc.)

• Create promotional, branding, and campaign visuals

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for content ideas

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual outputs

Video Production

• Shoot, edit, and produce videos for digital campaigns and social platforms

• Add captions, animations, transitions, effects, and music

• Optimize content format for each platform’s requirements

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms

• Write engaging captions and collaborate on content calendars

• Monitor performance, engagement, and trends

• Suggest improvements and new creative approaches based on analytics

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with marketing and content teams

• Participate in brainstorming and campaign development

• Manage multiple projects with deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media content

• Proficient in tools such as:

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar)

  • CapCut, Final Cut, or other modern editing tools

• Strong experience of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Must reside in Jbeil & surroundings or be willing to commute daily to our Byblos office
