Job Description

Lead Product Designer - B2B Connect

We're looking for a Product Design Lead to join our B2B Design team for Connect, on or our SaaS platforms serving over 50,000 salons.

You'll work hands-on as a product designer on Connect while leading two other designers on the same system. You'll set the quality bar through your own work - defining standards, demonstrating best practices, and maintaining consistency across the team's output.

This is a pivotal moment - we're in the middle of updating our design system and modernizing our technical legacy across multiple product engineering teams. You'll help shape that direction while shipping thoughtful solutions that drive real impact. You're collaborative, practical, and business-minded. You bring experience in B2B SaaS, a strong design process, and the ability to coach others while doing great work yourself.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Design product experiences for Treatwell's B2B Connect platform
  • Lead and line-manage two product designers working on the same system
  • Drive design system evolution and implementation across Connect and wider B2B products
  • Navigate technical constraints and modernization efforts across multiple teams
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and senior leadership to deliver effective solutions
  • Improve team processes and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support and develop, product managers, engineers and designers to do their best work

About you:  

  • Customer-focused mindset grounded in solving real problems
  • Portfolio showing strong problem analysis, appropriate tool selection, and thoughtful execution combining UX rigor with visual craft
  • +6 years as a Product designers, and 1+ years leading product designers or in a similar role
  • Experience managing and developing people in a growing environment
  • Comfort working across technical legacy and modern systems
  • Business acumen - you understand how design decisions connect to outcomes

  • Collaborative approach - your best work happens with others
