Lead Creative Strategist at Soar With Us

The role

This role seeks a Lead Creative Strategist to scale performance for high-value client accounts. You will apply deep strategic thinking and a strong creative eye, while also developing future leaders within the creative strategy function. The position involves unlocking aggressive paid social growth and mentoring two to three junior strategists.

What you'll do

• Own strategy and delivery for the agency's highest-value client accounts.
• Drive measurable account growth through data-led creative strategies and forecasting.
• Manage and mentor a minimum of two junior strategists, overseeing their development.
• Lead pods, offering hands-on guidance to ensure pod-wide performance success.
• Champion knowledge-sharing by running internal training sessions and contributing to frameworks.
• Work with senior leadership to identify bottlenecks and shape new workflow processes.

What you'll bring

• Possess 4+ years in creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social.
• Have a proven track record of scaling Meta/TikTok creative using data-driven processes.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capability to turn data into hypotheses and direction.
• Experience leading client strategy and guiding cross-functional teams is essential.
• Be confident in presenting to senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Your impact

Within 3-6 months, you will independently lead and maintain performance across multiple flagship accounts. Your strategic frameworks will be adopted across the wider agency, and junior strategists will look to you for direction and development. Clients will trust you as a proactive commercial partner in their growth, and you will influence the creative direction of both client accounts and the department.
