Role Overview

This role owns social creative for Neko in the US, translating an editorial system into engaging content that keeps the brand social channels active and coherent. Working closely with the Stockholm-based creative team, you will shoot, edit, and publish work that drives impact across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Own US social creative from initial idea to the final published post
• Shoot and edit original still and motion content at a fast pace
• Apply and manage the editorial toolbox across various content categories
• Draft engaging captions and copy in alignment with marketing strategy
• Direct freelance videographers and external partners during on-location shoots
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm shifts to adapt content strategy weekly

Requirements Snapshot

• Portfolio of self-produced social-first content including still and motion work
• Experience leading creative projects end-to-end from concept to publication
• Proficiency with Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn platform dynamics and trends
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones without constant supervision
• US-based with the flexibility to travel for on-location shoots

Expected Impact

Within the first year, you will establish a consistent rhythm for US social content and develop a comprehensive platform playbook for major social channels. You will play a critical role in launching new US locations through on-site content creation and ultimately document a scalable operating model for the social function.
