The role

Conduct is seeking a Founding Brand Designer to lead the visual expression of its AI operating system for enterprises. You will evolve the brand identity across all platforms to ensure the company's visual presence is as cutting-edge as its technology.

What you'll do

• Evolve the visual identity across all formats and brand templates
• Translate complex technology into compelling visual stories for marketing
• Build scalable systems for product storytelling using imagery and motion
• Design assets for websites social media billboards and events
• Lead creative direction for photo video and 3D production
• Manage and brief external agencies and freelancers for extra capacity

• Portfolio showing exceptional taste and a strong design point of view
• Proven experience building brand identities and scalable design systems
• History of leading integrated design across digital and physical media
• Ability to execute high quality design work at startup speed
• Skill in using AI tools to optimize creative workflows
