About The Role

This is a Junior Product Designer role on a small, fast-moving cross-functional team at a Series A B2B AI startup in the industrial procurement space. You will help define how procurement professionals supervise and collaborate with AI agents, shaping UX patterns for a product category that is still being invented. Your work ships to paying customers within weeks, not quarters.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that reach customers quickly. Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between them. Prototype in Figma, code, and AI tooling to communicate ideas clearly and rapidly. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and procurement domain experts to reduce handoff friction. Review pull requests and make last-mile interaction and visual tweaks to maintain shipped quality. Contribute to and raise the bar on the design system across the product. Own features from discovery through launch and iterate based on real customer feedback.

What We're Looking For

0 to 2 years of product design experience, with strong internships counting, backed by a portfolio of shipped work. Experience designing B2B, complex-workflow, or data-heavy products is a strong plus. Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals with attention to design system consistency. Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, or Figma Make for ideation and prototyping. Systems thinking: you care about how features work together, not just individual screens. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping over endless polish. Bonus: ability to prototype in code (HTML, CSS, or React); experience designing for non-technical users in complex domains; opinions on how AI should appear in products beyond chat. Able and willing to work on-site in Munich full-time.
