The FIA is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to help bring its global brand to life through clear, modern and impactful visual content.
Working closely with our Creative, Video and Communications teams, you will contribute to a wide range of projects across Mobility, Sport, Corporate and Sustainability communications. This is an opportunity to develop your creative expertise in an international environment while producing engaging content for digital, print and social media channels.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Design & ProductionProduce visual assets for digital, print and social media (posts, banners, carousels, thumbnails, infographics, templates).Strong technical knowledge and experience in print design.Adapt visual concepts into multiple formats for campaigns and events.Contribute to the development of cohesive visual systems (icons, layouts, templates).Support presentation materials and internal/external communication toolkits.
Motion & Video Support (basic level)Create simple motion elements (animated logos, transitions, dynamic typography).Prepare graphic elements and overlays for video editors (lower-thirds, title cards).Adapt static visuals into lightweight animated formats when required.
Brand GovernanceApply FIA brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.Ensure visual coherence across internally and externally produced materials.Contribute to the update and organisation of brand templates and libraries.
Collaboration & WorkflowWork closely with Communications, and all FIA teams.Participate in creative reviews and propose visual options/variants when needed.Integrate feedback efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution.Contribute to a structured, organised and collaborative workflow.
Asset Management & Technical AccuracyManage visual files with correct naming conventions and version control.Prepare assets for print and digital with proper formats, resolutions and specifications.Ensure precision in layout, typography, spacing, colour use and visual hierarchy.
PROFILE:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field.1–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within communications, media, sports or an international environment.Experience creating social media content and adapting designs for multiple platforms, as well as strong print design skills.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & FigmaBasic proficiency in After Effects or equivalent motion tools.Familiarity with prototyping/presentation tools (Adobe Express or similar).Understanding of visual communication fundamentals: hierarchy, accessibility, clarity, colour balance.Ability to produce simple, clean data visualisations.
OtherInterest in motorsport or sports in generalStrong visual sense, attention to detail, and consistency.Ability to work with structured briefs and deliver under deadlines.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.Collaborative, organised, responsive to feedback.Understanding of storytelling applied to visual content, especially for social media.
