Your Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Junior Brand/Graphic Designer to join our creative design team in Paris who specialise in helping to tell stories and create experiences in the context of the built environment. We are looking for an individual who can support our worldwide base of diverse clients and projects by bringing a passion for creative visual solutions, an understanding of brand, and an ability to translate this into all kinds of brand storytelling, including communications systems, environmental graphics and wayfinding, environments, visual merchandising, marketing installations, and digital solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a strong 2D and 3D designer who can quickly generate multiple initial concepts and develop them into viable design solutions. A strong emphasis on integrating concepts into built environments with environmental graphic and visual merchandising solutions is what we are looking for. This individual will coordinate between multiple internal projects teams, fabricators and clients. Projects will often cover multiple design disciplines including retail, workplace, entertainment, retail centers, and strategy, allowing for cross pollination between graphic design, environmental graphic design, digital, brand strategy and architecture.

What You Will Do

Work closely with the insights and strategy team to develop breakthrough creative ideas and articulate the ideas in the creative briefDesign branded environments including environmental graphics, signage, and digital integrationPresent concept work internally and to external clientsCompose design presentations that are both verbally and visually compellingLiaise with outside design support contracted on projectsWork closely with the design manager and production team to ensure that all information necessary for the successful production of the design is clearly understoodCollaborate with design teams from business development presentations through strategy, design and deliveryStaying current on market trends and research, and communicate it to other team membersBe able to multitask, working on various projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detailLiaising with regional and international offices, where necessary

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, environmental graphic design, information design, communication design or similarFluent in both French & EnglishStrong interest in designing for the built environment, working on experiential graphic design and signage design projectsExperience in executing creative brand storytelling across multiple channels (physical, digital, temporary, VM, etc)Strong conceptual thinker who can translate strategic thinking into visual solutionsAbility to visualize ideas in 2D and 3DWorks well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent analytical, problem solving and communication skillsStrong typography, composition and information design skillsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and FigmaThe ability to interest to use 3d programs such as Sketch Up
