The role

Metro GSC Pune is seeking a Graphic Design Team Lead to manage a team of designers and QAs in an international environment. The role involves overseeing the creation of production-ready digital and print assets while expanding support into new geographies.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of designers and quality assurance professionals to create production-ready assets
• Develop templates and style guides for new projects to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor team adherence to established design standards and project guidelines
• Manage project timelines to ensure the timely delivery of all design outputs
• Mentor team members on technical design skills and professional social interactions
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and fulfill project requirements

What you'll bring

• Five to seven years of experience in a design or advertising agency setting
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Comprehensive knowledge of print production processes and file preparation requirements
• Expertise in layouts, typography, and iconography for both print and digital media
• Previous experience managing a team of designers is preferred
