We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the hotel’s branding, marketing campaigns, guest experiences, and internal communication initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure all visual materials reflect the luxury positioning and brand standards of The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms, including social media assets, advertisements, brochures, menus, event materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to support seasonal campaigns, hotel promotions, special events, and brand activations.
  • Create engaging visual content for social media channels, websites, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all guest-facing and internal communication materials.
  • Work closely with operational departments including Food & Beverage, Spa, Rooms Division, and Sales & Marketing to deliver design solutions that support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, agencies, and production partners when required.
  • Retouch, edit, and optimize photography and visual assets for various communication channels.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and luxury hospitality visual standards to continuously elevate the hotel's creative output.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related creative role.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury hotel environment, is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
