Role Overview

This role is for a Software Engineer focused on building and maintaining Harness's platform, specifically contributing to the development of its CI/CD and other DevOps solutions. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements Snapshot

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python).
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
