Senior UI/UX Designer

📍 Netherlands- hybrid- 2 days a week from the office in Nijmegen | Full-time

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own and shape the UX vision across our platform. If you love turning complex, operational challenges into clean, intuitive experiences -and want to build a design system from the ground up - this is your role.

What you'll do:🔹 Define and drive UX strategy, translating business goals and user needs into clear design direction🔹 Lead user research and discovery to uncover customer needs and shape product decisions🔹 Design intuitive interfaces, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex operational workflows🔹 Build and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency across the product portfolio🔹 Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver implementation-ready designs🔹 Set the standard for UI/UX — mentoring designers and driving design excellence

What you'll bring:✅ 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally in SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy environments✅ Strong expertise in user research and usability testing✅ Proven experience designing end-to-end customer journeys and scalable interaction models✅ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills (Agile environments)✅ Experience building or scaling design systems and mentoring design teams✅ Proficiency in Figma, familiarity with Tailwind/CSS, and comfort using AI tools for rapid prototyping
