The role

This role is for a Creative Strategist focused on architecting and executing data-backed creative strategies to improve paid social performance for eCommerce brands. You will be responsible for shaping high-performing concepts and ensuring creative decisions are informed by data and platform best practices. This is an opportunity to engineer scalable creative frameworks that deliver measurable impact across significant media investments.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok.
• Analyze creative performance data to generate insights and testing plans.
• Concept, script, and brief various assets like UGC and high-production content.
• Refine creative concepts through iterative testing based on conversion drivers.
• Build and deliver detailed creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
• Collaborate with account managers to ensure creative work is on-brand and performance-led.

What you'll bring

• Possess 2-3+ years in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing.
• Have a proven track record of producing high-performing Meta/TikTok creative.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret creative performance data.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Possess a strong grasp of consumer psychology and buying drivers.

Your impact

In the first 3-6 months, you will confidently own creative strategy across multiple accounts, with your concepts driving measurable performance improvements. Clients will trust your direction and media teams will rely on your insights, contributing to a clear and structured testing roadmap. Your efforts will lead to more efficient, consistent, and conversion-led creative output, delivering significant measurable impact.
