The role

This role is for a Middleweight Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for ad design and a passion for performance. You will focus on creating high-converting Meta ad creatives and support internal marketing efforts. The designer will collaborate with the Art Director, design team, and clients to develop standout visual content rooted in strategy and results.

What you'll do

• Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and design team on ad designs.
• Apply performance data to continuously improve creative output.
• Stay updated with trends in design and digital marketing.
• Support internal brand development with presentations and reports.
• Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity strategically.

What you'll bring

• Possess 2+ years of experience in graphic design, focusing on ad creatives.
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Submit a strong portfolio showcasing digital ad work.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and interpreting briefs.
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
