Job Description

Sanity Group’s mission is to improve people's quality of life in Europe through the meaningful use of cannabinoids. We believe that nature still has a lot of untapped potential that can contribute to a healthier life for many people. In addition to pharmaceuticals, we are also focussing on cannabinoid-based wellbeing and cosmetic products. At the same time, the Sanity Group is researching new medical products, innovative dosage forms and technological products to further develop the infrastructure.

As Designer at Sanity Group, you play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands. You help develop and refine our visual language across multiple brands – from digital landing pages to physical packaging. With a strong sense of craft, you translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual concepts, contribute to scalable design systems, and make sure every brand shows up distinctive, consistent, and in high quality – across every touchpoint.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape our brand universe: Maintain, structure, and evolve our brand identity assets across our portfolio of brands – ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint, digital and physical.

  • Design work that stands out: Create compelling creative for web, packaging, print, and integrated online/offline marketing campaigns.

  • Build design systems that scale: Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines in Figma, giving our teams the tools they need to move fast and stay on-brand.

  • Own projects end-to-end: From first concept to final production – ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with our brand standards throughout.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to bring cohesive brand experiences to life.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 4–5+ years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design – ideally in an in-house team or a strong creative agency

  • Strong craft in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are second nature to you

  • Hands-on experience in Figma, especially working with design systems and structured file setups

  • A strong portfolio showing work across branding, packaging, digital, and print – with clear evidence of visual craft, typography, and layout skills

  • The ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and executions

  • A sharp eye for detail and a natural instinct for quality control

  • Strong ownership, organization, and time management – you don't just execute tasks, you drive projects

  • Excellent communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE

  • Packaging and print production expertise are a great add-on

  • German skills are a plus but not required
