CREATIVE PRODUCERStudio — Audiovisual & Content Production

THE ROLEAs Creative Producer, you support the development and delivery of high-end audiovisual content, from initial concept through to final execution. You are supervised by the Content Director, who manages the content team you will join. Together, you shape creative ideas, translate them into clear visual proposals, and manage their production across a wide range of client and internal projects.

MISSIONThe Creative Producer owns the path from creative idea to delivered content: concept, production, and coordination.

Four areas of focus:Creative concept & direction: developing original concepts and building the visual frameworks (moodboards, storyboards) that articulate them, for Profirst's clients and for Profirst's own communication.Production & project management: finding the right creative partner matters, but what we value most is someone who runs a tight ship. This role demands exceptional organization, proactive communication at every project stage, and full command of timelines, resources, and budgets from brief to delivery. The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball is non-negotiable.Client & team collaboration: working in synergy with project managers, external collaborators, and clients to ensure content aligns with brand expectations.Business & trend awareness: monitoring trends in media, luxury, fashion, and design, and proactively identifying new business opportunities.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreative concept & directionCollaborating closely with the Content Director to define creative direction on projects and develop original concepts for Profirst's clients as well as its own communication.Building moodboards, storyboards, and visual frameworks that articulate creative vision.Providing creative direction and feedback to ensure content aligns with brand expectations and creative standards.

Production managementSourcing and selecting the right creative talent (videographer, photographer, illustrator, designer, etc.) for each project.Managing timelines, resources, and budgets across all stages of production.Overseeing the production process, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring quality and coherence.Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines.

Client & team collaborationWorking in synergy with internal project managers and external collaborators throughout each project.Liaising with clients to understand their needs and deliver sharp, tailored creative solutions.Communicating clearly and confidently, with teams and with clients.

Business & trend awarenessMonitoring trends in media, luxury, fashion, and design to inspire and inform your work.Proactively identifying new business opportunities, including potential projects, partnerships, or clients aligned with Profirst's creative vision.

Profirst standardsActive use of the AI tools available in the agency, integrated into your workflows to improve quality and efficiency.Contribution to the continuous improvement of Profirst's content production standards.

IDEAL PROFILEBackground3+ years of experience in a similar content/creative production role or in communication management.Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field.

SkillsA sharp creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling, particularly within the luxury and fashion sectors.Solid knowledge of video and digital content production workflows and the vocabulary of the sector.Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and logistics.Proficiency in creating visual presentations (Keynote, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite (Lightroom, Premiere, etc.) or other video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).Experience with budgeting, negotiation and production planning.Fluency in French and English required. Dutch and Spanish are a plus.
