The goal is to help designers work more consistently and efficiently while maintaining professional judgement.Within Chapter Design, Rabobank wants to establish a centrally managed AI Skill library that gives designers trusted guidance for recurring activities such as:Design reviewsAccessibility assessmentsUX writingDesign system alignmentDesign critiqueDeveloper handover preparationThe purpose is not to replace designers’ professional judgement. Instead, AI Skills should help designers make better-informed decisions, apply standards consistently and spend more time creating high-quality digital experiences.Client is looking for an experienced designer who can combine design expertise, AI-supported workflows and knowledge management.

Your roleAs a Designer – Digital Platform, you will work within the Platform team of Chapter Design to define, create and maintain a reusable AI Skill ecosystem for designers.Your main responsibility will be to transform design standards, best practices and quality criteria into reusable AI Skills that can guide, challenge and accelerate design work.You will help create a shared foundation for quality, consistency and efficiency across teams while ensuring that designers remain responsible for final decisions and outcomes.

Key responsibilitiesCreate a centralised structure and blueprint for Chapter-wide AI Skills.Identify and analyse key knowledge sources, including:DesignersStakeholdersFigma filesImplemented user journeysExisting documentationTranslate existing design standards, review frameworks and best practices into reusable AI Skills.Develop and validate practical AI Skill examples, such as:UX WritingDesign ReviewAccessibility AssessmentDesign System AlignmentDeveloper HandoverDocumentationCollaborate with designers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to capture and structure design knowledge.
