Designer Pédagogique – Freelance

Role Overview

This role seeks experienced instructional designers to transform user training at scale, focusing on creating engaging and effective learning experiences. You will work on project-based missions, ranging from 1 week to 6 months, to design Academy paths, blended training, and onboarding journeys. Your expertise in pedagogical design will be crucial in structuring content and empowering users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective learning experiences for various user segments.
• Transform raw content and business expertise into structured, learner-centric programs.
• Analyze existing training content, define pedagogical objectives, and restructure it into blended formats.
• Conceive and implement multi-modal learning activities, including videos, interactive exercises, and quizzes.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to define learning goals and course structures.
• Make recommendations for content restructuring, improve existing materials, and migrate content to centralized systems.

Requirements Snapshot

• Possess 5+ years of instructional design experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional training.
• Demonstrate expertise in learning needs analysis and defining pedagogical objectives.
• Proficiency in designing various learning paths, including blended, online, and micro-learning.
• Have practical experience with learning platforms such as LMS and content management systems.
• Be a native French speaker with strong project management and collaboration skills.
