About NR Group
NR Group is a vertically integrated manufacturer in Bangladesh. We employ approximately 25,000 people across the group. Our production covers almost the complete garment process. This includes spinning, knitting, dyeing, printing and embroidery. We also operate four large garment manufacturing facilities. Together, these facilities produce around eight million garments monthly. This setup connects our European design team directly with production. It gives us strong development possibilities across fabrics and garments.
The role
The role focuses on commercial support for our European customers. Market research and shopping form the starting point. Trends are translated into relevant products and customer proposals. The creative work includes designs, graphics and colourways. Technical drawings and product information are included. Development continues together with our teams in Bangladesh. This includes fabrics, trims, fits, samples and garment details. Customer contact is an important part of the role. This includes meetings, presentations and regular customer input. We regularly visit customers throughout Europe. Our digital showroom is another key responsibility. New fabrics, samples and developments need to stay organised. Relevant products should be selected and shared with customers. Some project administration is also part of the job. Developments, samples and information need clear follow-up.

Who we’re looking for
Around 3–8 years of relevant experience is preferred.Strong feeling with Fashion and trends in general.A strong commercial eye is important. So is an interest in product development and manufacturing.Illustrator and Photoshop should feel familiar. Working independently and taking ownership should come naturally. The position combines creativity with development, administration and organisation. Someone seeking a purely creative role may feel limited.Professional English is required. International manufacturing experience is a strong advantage. Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fits and sampling helps. Experience can also be developed further within the role.
How we work
Our European team is small, flexible and independent. We work closely with our teams in Bangladesh. As the European office is relatively new, there is plenty of freedom to develop new ideas. At the same time, we trust team member to take ownership of their projects.
What we offer
Our preference is 40/32 hours per week. Other working hours are open for discussion. We offer 30 vacation days on a full-time basis. The salary ranges from €3,200–€4,200 gross monthly. This is based on full-time employment and experience. The role offers plenty of room to develop. Especially within design, product development and customer management.
