Office: The successful person will be expected to work onsite with the team 5 days a week Monday to Friday

Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Role Overview:

We’re urgently looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer to join our client’s growing team in Southampton to start as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys contributing to real projects and being part of a collaborative environment.

You’ll be part of a small design and production team, working closely with colleagues across the business to bring ideas to life. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys creating effective designs that not only look great but also support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working onsite with the team full-time
• Producing brand guidelines and preparing files for print, packaging, and digital formats
• Designing clear and effective visual assets aligned with brand standards
• Supporting day-to-day design requests across the business
• Collaborating with teams across marketing, operations, and other functions

Qualifications and Skills:

• A portfolio showing strong visual judgment and design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, with Photoshop skills
• Experience with print and packaging design
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach
• Happy to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase
