The role

This creative leadership position involves driving innovation and design excellence within an interior design practice. You will co-lead visioning, nurture talent, and represent the firm's design goals to clients and the industry.

What you'll do

• Lead design communication and represent project goals throughout the early development phases
• Create innovative design concepts that align client culture with environmental and societal needs
• Direct the preparation of sophisticated client presentation materials and lead storytelling efforts
• Collaborate with technical leaders and subject matter experts to deliver holistic design solutions
• Integrate sustainable design strategies to meet decarbonization goals and the AIA 2030 Commitment
• Mentor emerging professionals and recruit new talent to foster a strong design culture

What you'll bring

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in related interior design roles
• Portfolio featuring at least three fully constructed buildings demonstrating design excellence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to execute business development strategies
• Willingness to travel as required for project and firm needs
